What we made happen

Black Elk, a Trade-Finance company, is developing a sustainable mixed-use three story structure in the Oxbow district of Napa, California.  Since this is Black Elk’s first commercial development, they chose to consult with Alliance Project Advisor’s Michelle Benvenuto to help assess potential development and to provide required expertise.

The project currently includes a restaurant, commercial space and two high profile residences.  The current site has an existing residential structure which will be either relocated or reused.  Design Development is in progress, with project completion anticipated in the spring of 2011.
