What we made happen

We provided outsourced, turnkey project management services to develop over 100 new stores nationwide.  Projects included free standing, new build, and in-line tenant improvement, and were typically in the 6,000 to 10,000 square foot range.

Typical Program Management services provided were centralized reporting, budgeting, scheduling; development of the prototype designs, strategic procurement of materials and services, and logistical planning.  Site-specific tasks included due diligence and design management, permitting, contractor supervision, and coordinating store openings with the client’s operational staff.

By utilizing the outsource Program/Project Management model, the client was able to quickly ramp up and increase their speed to market with new stores.
