What we made happen

Cisco launched a new brand image in 2007, and we were called upon to manage rebranding of their global portfolio of 300 facilities in 77 countries within a 6 month timeframe.*

• Developed a streamlined process for international procurement


• Managed design and materials selection


• Managed multiple vendors and sub-contractors globally to avoid import taxes


• Engaged local resources and survey crews for final inspections
