What we made happen

Deloitte’s requirements for space and efficiency are in constant motion.  They have assembled a team of dependable consultants to address these changing needs.  Michelle has managed Deloitte projects in San Francisco, Portland, Oakland, and San Jose.

While Deloitte has implemented new global tenant improvement standards, each office continues to have exceptions to the new rules.  Adjusting to the various standards and office specialties is expected, yet a welcome challenge.

A recent 100,000 square foot redesign/restack adhered to one set of criteria, while last year’s build-out of 40,000 square feet (two floors) in the same San Francisco office building was designed to the new standards.  Michelle successfully adjusts to each office’s intricacies, maintains a high level of service at each site, and ensures that the “no bid” consultant pricing remains competitive.
