What we made happen
Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market is a subsidiary of UK-based retailer Tesco, the world’s fourth largest retailer. Fresh & Easy first entered the US market in November 2007 with stores in Arizona, California and Nevada. Fresh & Easy’s prototype design consists of a 14,969 s.f. building with approximately 10,250 s.f. of sales floor area. Since March 2008 Aaron has worked as a
Project Manager on ten ground-up and lease take over Fresh & Easy projects totaling nearly $40 million in value. Primary responsibilities included acquisitions due diligence, development feasibility, entitlements, construction documents, permitting, construction procurement, and construction management.
Keen plan review and lease analysis resulted in savings of approximately $107,000 in cash reimbursements benefiting the client, $96,000 in reduced impact fees, and the removal of potentially damaging build/open covenants from disposition and development agreements on multiple projects.
