What we made happen

LifeLock, the national leader in identity protection, retained us to provide construction management for their new facilities located in Tempe at Hayden Ferry Landing.  The project was 4 weeks into a 16 construction time-frame and was suffering from cost overruns, on-going changes to the design, and potential delays due to those changes.

Drew immediately met with the ownership team to finalize any additional changes and then worked with the design and construction team to incorporate the final modifications.  We also worked with the contractor to approve an allowance for overtime work to assure that we could bring the project back into schedule. Ultimately Drew was asked to assume the role of LifeLock’s Facility Director to make decisions on their behalf and assure that they could occupy the new space on schedule.
