What we made happen

University of South Florida’s “Crowning Jewel” Medical Facility houses the largest Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Southeast U.S. according to Florida AHCA officials. This is a $62 Million dollar - 200,000 SF Full Service Medical Center, (AHCA Certified Level 1) provides comprehensive healthcare services including the following Sub-Specialty components: Eight Full Operating Rooms, Four Sub-Sterile Support Suites, Five Endoscopy Operating Rooms, Fully Equipped Scope Processing Unit, 5000 SF Central Sterile Facility with dedicated Clean and Soiled material conveyance Elevators, GE MRI with 3.0T Magnet Imaging Technology, GE Nuclear Med Unit, Three GE Equipped X-Ray rooms, CT Scan, Dedicated Radiology Diagnostic Lab, and Quest Phlebotomy Lab unit onsite. 

Completed in 2008, by employing 7 Phase Fast Track sequencing, we provided Medical Equipment planning and coordination during pre-construction phases.
