What we made happen

The Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort Spa is the flagship of the Ritz Carlton Spas and is Host Hotels and Resorts premier property. Ritz Carlton Hotels and resorts and Host Hotels agreed to make this spa and highest level of design and service.

Ray Loperena was brought on to oversee the project design and manage the construction through completion on behalf of the ownership of the property. Ray’s background in Architectural Design and Technical Services plus having managed the construction of 5 star resort projects around the world and at Disney World provided the owners with assurance that the 25 million dollar investment was secure.

The project was comprised of 48,000 s.f., including 36 treatment rooms, men’s and Ladies quite lounges, café, wellness center, beauty salon, Fitness center, retail shops, aerobic and spinning rooms and a 3,000 s.f. Ritz Kids Center. The project value was $25 Million.

The Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort Spa remains a huge success and has increased the revenue of the destination year after year.
