What we made happen

We are currently closing out the San Francisco office which consisted of 85,000 s.f. of new facilities.  The project not only included a fast-track schedule, but also dealt with cultural shifts being caused by the acquisition of several other firms.

With an expedited design and pre-construction schedule, and a strong working agreement with the partners to make quick decisions, we managed to complete the project on-time.  We were also able to realize a 10% savings to the original budget by aggressively negotiating all consultant and sub-contractors on the job. 

In addition to these successes, Drew re-negotiated DLA’s national furniture agreement to not only save the San Francisco project $300K, but also will save cost on all future furniture purchases for the firm.
