Dependant on a project or program’s size and scope, it may be desirable to include Web Based Project Management software to communicate and report project trends to our clients. We are knowledgeable on several of these systems (Autodesk Buzzsaw, Prolog, Primavera, and Constructware, Tangentworks and more) and can assist our Clients to evaluate what, if any, system is best for their needs. Included in this evaluation will be the training component – all systems are only as good as the team’s participation and accurate data entry. This means that all pertinent team members must be trained to be proficient on the system. This training can have a budget impact, but for the right project or program, it can provide significant data that will assist a company track and quantify important information.
