What we made happen
Sisters of the Presentation Center retained us to provided full service project management for a new Welcoming Center and Spiritual Retreat to be located in the Santa Cruz Mountains above Las Gatos.
The project is currently complete and we are assisting the client to submit for a LEED certification (gold). The project included a commercial kitchen, dining and conference facilities along with a library that is intended to educate guest on the importance of protecting the environment.
Utilizing their new facility as an example of their commitment to the environment, many “green systems were included in the project including passive heating and cooling, straw bale structure, green roof, photovoltaics, and solar heating to augment the county services.
