What we made happen

We were engaged to provide programming, stacking/planning, project management and move coordination services for the consolidation and restack of QRS’s 110,000 square foot corporate headquarters into 60,000 square feet. 

Complicating the project was an intense six week project schedule over the year-end holidays.  Work scope also included the demolition of closed office spaces, creation of a new open office environment, and the executive offices.  With the assistance of the core team we were able to successfully complete the project and allowed for significant tax benefits to the company. 

Drew also provided project management services for QRS’s London, Boston, Virginia, and New York offices.
