What we made happen

Sapient was growing rapidly during the dot.com boom and chose to open an office in Sydney, Australia.  Sapient preferred to work with a US firm that they could trust to provide a turn-key solution, including site assessment, architect and contractor selection, IT and Telecom infrastructure, work letter review, furniture coordination, permit expediting, and tenant’s representative to the Landlord.

We quickly absorbed the Australian culture, navigated our way through the various permitting hoops, and assembled a team of professionals that we were confident could complete the 30,000 square foot project to the high standards that Sapient expected. 

When the lease was delayed three months, we negotiated with consultants and contractor to limit exposure (time and costs). We were successful at saving the client over $110,000 due to our consultant negotiations as well as our advice regarding scheduling, materials and design direction.
