What we made happen
We were hired to evaluate the multiple entitlement and development opportunities for the Ownership of the Resort at Squaw Creek. Driven by the Ownership’s desire to make a change in the asset and development management of the project, it was imperative that they fully understand the development rights of the resort.
After an abbreviated review of all pertinent documentation, our team generated a detailed plan outlining all potential exposure and appropriate solutions for the proposed $120 million dollar development. The planning for this development continues as the Ownership makes additional decisions to improve on the resorts desirability in more competitive environment.
