What we made happen

Wells Fargo looked to Drew Godman to augment their internal team focusing on the delivery of branch banks.  Although the primary focus of this engagement was to increase the quantity of branch openings, the management of Wells was also interested in having us review their delivery process and make suggestions on how they could be managing their projects more efficiently.

Many improvements were suggested and implemented which contributed the collective team delivery the branches in a reduced time-frame, improved pricing, and better understanding of where costs could be avoided.
