What we made happen

Responsibilities included client advisory services, development director, and client relationship manager for a 400’ Diameter Wheel and 24 Capsule Tourist Attraction in Orlando, through Due Diligence, Land Purchase, and the GMP.

This was a “Development Management at Risk” type contract.  Each capsule holds 40 people for a total of 960 passengers.  The project is similar to the “London Eye” project.  Many of the GOW development team and principals were involved with the London Eye’s design and construction.

The Great Orlando Wheel (GOW) program will have a value greater than $150 Million (the exact value is confidential).  It will be built at the intersection of Interstate 4 and State Road 528.  Professional services were carried up to the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) on Design Development Documents.
